At XMediaDownloader, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. We understand that sometimes our product may not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- The extension must have been used less than 10 times.
- Refunds are only available for paid versions of XMediaDownloader.
Please Note: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse of the refund policy or excessive refund claims.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.
We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Your access to the paid features of XMediaDownloader will be revoked upon refund completion.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- The 14-day refund period has passed.
- The extension has been used more than 10 times.
- There is evidence of abuse or fraud.
- The purchase was made through a third-party app store (please refer to their respective refund policies).
